Carl's Not-So-Consecutive Annual Testicle Festival is an amazing party we have at the end of every summer. Much planning, prepping, and thinking goes into this party. We prepare year round! As we get a new load of cattle in each week or so, we casterate the bulls and keep their family jewels to cook for the party. Mmm Mmm.. Very tasty!
